I was born and raised in Thessaloniki, and graduated in 2017 from the Department of Rural and Surveying Engineering of the Aristotle University. I focused on the field of Geodesy and for my performance I was awarded in 2018 with the Award of Excellence Demetrios Lampadariou from the Academy of Athens.
By choosing to keep substantially broaden my horizons, I felt that I should not stand still, but continue to offer myself as much knowledge as I can in order to meet expectations of today's complex profession of engineering. Thus, in 2019 I enrolled in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, where I attend while also working as a surveying engineer. I dared to make this move not in order to change directions, but in order to equip my interest in geodesy with the provisions that modern Computer Science can provide.
I have worked in various companies on topography and cadastre projects, gaining experience and always seeking the best possible result.
In the summer of 2019 I decided to work with Consortis. The structure, policy and vision of the company gave me the foundation to be able to work with Geoinformatics and GIS, seeing them as the eminently up-and-coming and multidimensional industry that changes the way we monitor, observe and transform the world around us.
