Ioannis Dimogiannis
I live and work in Thessaloniki. I completed my studies in 1998 at the Polytechnic University of Xanthi, and then attended and completed my studies at the Kapodistrian University of Athens in the field of Business Administration and Management of Small and Medium Enterprises. Since 2001 I have been working as a freelancer in the construction of private projects and as a designer of both private and public sector building projects (Static studies). In the last few years, I have been focusing on the management of special projects and facilities. At the same time I work with real estate appraisals and expert opinions (TEE and Courts), while I also am an active and elected member of TEE / TCM since I have been a member of the professional affairs committee for a number of years. During the last three years I have been a member of the delegation of the Department of Central Macedonia of the Technical Chamber of Greece and chairman of the Standing Committee on Professional Issues.
My academic education, as well as my experience, have helped me to develop the features needed in order to be able to handle major projects.
Deep knowledge of the subject, perception of the conditions and implementation of the projects, method of organising and managing resources and time, ability to communicate and cooperate are some of my basic traits.
My basic position is: "In an ever-changing business environment, progress is being made by exploiting the potential of the environment, constantly replenishing my knowledge, serving high human values, achieving personal goals. Professionals must continually pursue growth in their professional field by patiently serving the above principles."
