Mariana Gkogkou

I was born, studied, live and work in Thessaloniki.

I studied architecture at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and specialised in real estate valuations, having worked in the field since 1996. In the years that followed, I was involved in architectural studies of buildings, with the subject of real estate valuations, and I worked with a large number of banking organisations and large valuation companies, while at the same time I acquired my personal clientele from individuals, companies and legal entities. Areas I have been dealing with are residential real estate (apartments, maisonettes, detached houses, residential complexes), land (building and agricultural), offices, shops, catering, crafts, industries, professional and commercial warehouses, hotel complexes and clinics.

I am a certified appraiser from the Treasury of Greece, a certified appraiser from TEGOVA as an "Expert Valuer", a registered valuer for the Thessaloniki courts, member of the Association of Greek Appraisers and the Hellenic Institute of Appraisal, member of TEE and HETH and a member of the Association of Architects.

Since 2008, I have been working in real estate and have been authorised to practice as a broker in civil contracts. I was also an active member of the Thessaloniki Realtors Association as secretary general between 2013 & 2014. 

I speak Greek, English, Italian and French.
