Creation of Digital orhtoimages for the country (LSO25-2)

This project constitutes the updating of NCMA S.A.'s entire main backgrounds (LSO), with new backgrounds which dispose: a) greater resolution b) better geometric accuracy and c) enhanced radiometric analysis. The project concerned the production of colored infrared digital orhtoimages characterized as LSO25, as well as the corresponding digital elevation model (DEM) for the whole country, by using techniques of aerial photography. Our company took over the contract of the project under the title “LSO25-2”, covering areas of Epirus, Thessaly, Sterea Ellada, Ionian and Aegean Islands covering an area of ​​44.282,55 km2, carrying out tasks related to the aerotriangulation and aerial photography and other individual tasks (preparation of flight plans, taking digital aerial photographs with pixel size of 25 cm, processing of primary aerial photographs, etc).
