Consulting services Provision in the Sewerage Network & WTP of Goumenissa

Following the final design of a sewage collection pipeline, the expansion of an internal sewerage network and a wastewater treatment plant in the settlement of Goumenissa in the Municipality of Paionia, Consortis undertook the duties as the technical consultant during the construction of the project.

The purpose of the study was:

• Municipal wastewater management and reduction of water pollution.

• The proposal of a wastewater treatment system with low energy requirements, minimal maintenance and environmentally friendly.

• The design and optimization of Goumenissa’s sewage system expansion.

• The collection of all existing combined sewer flow networks and their connection to the proposed WTP.

• The solution of separating Combined sewer overflow during heavy rainfall and flooding.

• The design of pumping stations and a central sewer supply pipe.
