Special Spatial Plan of the Thessaloniki International Exhibition and Congress Center
Special Spatial Plan of the Thessaloniki International Exhibition and Congress Center
Special Spatial Plans (L. 4447/2016) are the newly enacted planning instrument, belonging to the first level of regulatory spatial planning. Local Spatial Plans aim at the spatial organisation and development of areas irrespective of their administrative boundaries, which may function as recipients of plans, projects and programs of strategic importance or of areas which require special land use regulations. These plans define the model of spatial organization and development, the land-uses, terms and building restrictions, as well as any other measure, condition or restriction required for the above function. CONSORTIS is involved in the spatial organisation and development of the study area and the identification of potential and linkages with the wider area.
