Flyover - Cadastre for the Inner Ring Road of Thessaloniki

The department of topographical studies of Consortis, has assumed the role of technical advisor regarding the additional expropriations of the land necessary for the construction of the project "Traffic upgrade of the Internal Ring Road of Thessaloniki with an Elevated Express Way in the section from Interchange K5 (Papageorgiou Hospital) to K12 (connection with National Road Thessaloniki- Moudania)". Within the framework of this Agreement, we provided technical consulting services to assist the Directorate of Expropriations, Topographies and Geoinformatics (D25), in the Compilation – Updating– Completionof landregisters.

The project is located along the Internal Ring Road of Thessaloniki and within the Municipalities of Neapolis, Thessaloniki, Pavlos Melas and Pylaia – Chortiatis. In detail, the project concerns the construction of an Elevated ExpressWay (YTL, the so-called FlyOver), about 13.5 km long, of which 4 km. on a continuous bridge, with 4 lanes, two plus an emergency lane (E.L.), per direction. The project elements also include nine interchanges, eight new bridges and three new tunnels.
