Workshop "Urban regeneration and revitalization of degraded environmental areas"

Consortis, within the framework of the Action "Strengthening ecological consciousness and promoting environmental volunteerism in the Municipality of Ampelokipi Menemeni" funded by the O.P. OF CENTRAL MACEDONIA 2014 - 2020 in the framework of the Sustainable Urban Development Strategy, of the Priority Axis AX06 "Protection of the environment and promotion of resource efficiency", organizes, as the contractor of the project, a Workshop on "Urban regeneration and revitalisation of environmentally degraded areas”

Scientists, professors of the Aristotle University, architects, engineers and representatives of the Municipality of Ampelokipi Menemeni, will discuss the current situation in parts of the Municipality of Ampelokipi - Menemeni with emphasis on enclaves or environmentally sensitive areas such as the coastal front, the oil zone, "Alexander the Great"camp, etc., while proposals for interventions and solutions will be presented, some are already underway and others in an early study stage..

The workshop will take place on Tuesday, November 30, 2021, at Lazart Hotel (Kolokotroni 16, Stavroupoli), at 10:00 a.m.
