Special Spatial Plan of the area of the former Kodra camp, of Municipality of Kalamaria

Kodra camp is included in the future important recreational and green resources of the Municipality of Kalamaria. The purpose of the study is to formulate a proposal for a sustainable spatial-urban organization in the area. The organization concerns the land uses and the operation of the road network and the pedestrian network, so that the area serves its purpose as an area of urban green, supra-local character.

After the return of the urbanized space to the served population, the quality of life will be upgraded and the living conditions of the inhabitants of Kalamaria will be improved, as well as the whole of the Thessaloniki Urban Complex, as the urban space will give way to a modern pole of super-local importance.
